Cindy is the lead manager with 30 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems.
Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career. From developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.

Amanda is an owner of E & H Property Management.
Amanda is a principle with E & H Property Management with over 20 years of experience in condominium management. She is proficient in building structure and excels at identifying and resolving both mechanical and structural issues. Amanda’s priority is her clients and she works hard to ensure that all of the properties her team manages are maintained to a high level of standard.
Amanda is the managent partner in the Owen Sound office and is working on assisting corporations in Grey & Bruce County.
