Cindy Gretton, R.C.M., Lead Property Manager

Cindy is one of the principals of E & H Property Management. She assumed the role from her parents, Horst & Elisabeth.

Cindy is the lead manager with 30 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems.

Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career. From developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.

Nichole Martin, R.C.M. , Property Manager

Nichole is continuing in the family business. She is an owner of E & H Property Management, and is now the third generation to become a Registered Condominium Manager.

Nichole received her R.C.M. designation in 2011 and manages 16 corporations from Meaford to Collingwood.

Nichole has gained extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998.
She also excels in dealing with difficult situations and legal matters.

Nichole also consults with Self-Managed corporation to help them better understand the operation of Condominium Corporations and the legalities that need to be followed.

Amanda Gretton, Property Manager

Amanda is an owner of E & H Property Management.

Over her ten years of dedication, she has gained an extensive knowledge of building sciences from the principals and is now able to review any major projects and recognizes building defects.

Amanda works daily with Contractors to ensure that all of the properties are maintained to E & H Property Management's high level of standards.  She also excels in high rise buildings and is proficient in identifying problems associated with air make up systems, fire systems, intercom, elevators and building heating and chilling systems. 

Amanda has assumed the leadership role in the Owen Sound office and is working on assisting corporations in Bruce County.


Cameron Mitchell, R.C.M., Property Manager

Congratulations to Cameron on achieving his RCM designation. Cameron is the lead Manager for Lighthouse Point and is responsible for the smooth operations of the entire complex. Cameron has been with E & H since 2014 and has been a welcomed addition to the entire team.

Christopher Poole, Property Manager

Christopher Poole was named a Property Manager at E & H Property Management in August 2019. As a member of E & H, Chris is focused on working closely with our Leaders, Board Members and Owners stretched across from Collingwood to Thornbury. Chris brings over 10 years of Leadership and Managerial experience. He will also be working towards achieving his RCM certification and will focus on furthering his career development with E & H.


Ashley Vandermeulen, Assistant Property Manager

Ashley has worked with a number of trades as well as ran her own business. As the support to Nichole Martin, Ashley will facilitate owner requests by ensuring work orders are scheduled and completed quickly and answer requests that will require further investigation to be executed. Ashley is also being trained on being the resident liaison for all Tarion requests.


Beckie Reekie, Assistant Manager

Beckie started at E & H Property Management as a co-op student; upon graduation she was offered a full time position as the administration assistant. From that position she was promoted to an assistant manager at Lighthouse Point, as well as being our in house “go to” tech person. She is about to become a Registered Condominium Manager, as she has fulfilled her time and course requirements, she still has to write her exam.


Amelia Tazzman, Maintenance Administrative Manager

Amelia has been progressing through the different departments at E&H, where she is now working at Lighthouse Point as the maintenance assistant, where she monitors the work orders and ensures that communication is completed in a timely manner. Amelia will be leaving us shortly for a maternity leave, and we look foward to her return.

Horst Reinheimer, R.C.M., Senior Property Manager

Horst Reinheimer is the founder of E & H Property Management, which he started in 1986. Horst was one of the first Registered Condominium Managers (R.C.M.) in Ontario.

He has been working as a Property Manager for over 30 years, and has had experience as such throughout Ontario and Florida. He specializes in building science.

Horst is now "retired".

Nikita Ferri, Office Manager Thornbury

Nikita is the Office Manager in the Thornbury office. She is the first face you see when you visit the office. A keen multi tasker and people pleaser, she is always happy to help you with any questions or requests. 



Tessa Sredzki-Poole, Administration Thornbury

Tessa works in administration in the Thornbury office. She is currently on maternity leave and we look forward to her return in the Fall of 2020.



Jayli Brown, Reception Thornbury

Jayli is our current student, working mainly with the administration team on completing the tasks and learning how the office operates. Jayli will be attending college in the fall of 2020 to complete an office administration diploma, which we hope to put to use as she continues to work on a part time basis.


Pauline Mellegers, Lighthouse Point Administration

Pauline the guru for administration at Lighthouse Point. Pauline is responsible for all administration matters including,status certificates, phone calls, Owners information, preparing & scheduling all the communications for Lighthouse Point.


Lori Johns, Owen Sound Administration

Lori is a new addition to our Owen Sound team.  Lori is responsible for all administration matters including: phone calls, owners information, preparing & scheduling all the communications for Owen Sound location .

Deborah Miller, Accounts Manager

Debbie Miller has been with E&H for 15 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the table, with the accounting requirements for condominium corporations. Debbie enjoys the challenge of completing complex and diverse requirements for the individual corporations. Debbie heads up the accounting department and can be counted on to attend Board meetings should difficult issues arise with financials.


Jaymee Hocaluk, Accounting Lighthouse Point

Jaymee began at E&H Property Management as the administrative assistant in December 2013. The following year she was offered a position in the accounting department and subsequently joined the Lighthouse Point management team in October 2015 as the Accounting Manager. Her responsibilities include the accounts receivable and payables and the monthly bookkeeping of the 19 condominium corporations as well as the Shared Facilities and the Marina. She is in the process of studying in order to finalize her certification for the accounting division.


Eleanor Gardner, Accounts Payable

Eleanor pays all the Corporations invoices and works tirelessly to ensure that the bills are paid on time. She has been with E&H for a number of years, and works closely with the auditors to ensure that the audited statements are completed in a timely fashion.


Debra Hoare, Accounts Receivable

Debra is new to the E&H Team , and is slowly learning the ropes with the difficult collection process. Her patience with the owners and the difficult job of coming up with solutions to assist the owners to keep their accounts balanced has been a great asset to the team.
